We understand that custom design services can feel daunting for some customers, so we aim to provide a clear and simple process to put your mind at ease. This allows you to quickly communicate your requirements, and we’ll deliver the designs promptly.


1. Submit the Contact Us Form

To begin, please fill out the Contact Us form on our Contact Us page, providing the following information:

  • Type of Design Service: For example, e-commerce poster design, main image, offline print posters, business card design, promotional materials, etc.
  • Product or Service Images (if applicable): Upload any images of the product or service you want to promote.
  • Reference Materials (if applicable): Provide any reference materials regarding style, color, layout, etc.
  • Delivery Time: We typically provide the first draft within 1-3 days. The final delivery date will depend on the complexity of the project and any revisions.

If you have a clear design goal, target audience, regional preferences, or branding style, please specify it. If not, simply provide the basic requirements, and our designers will take care of the rest.。


2. Receive Quote & Preliminary Proposal

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll provide a detailed quote along with a preliminary design proposal. This draft will include:

  • Background images
  • Color scheme
  • Product and text placement

Please note that this draft will not be fully polished and is intended to give you a rough concept of the design direction.


3. Confirm Proposal & Pay Deposit

If you’re satisfied with the proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once we receive the deposit, we will proceed with the final design draft, which will include a watermarked version for review. At this stage, you have several options:

  • a) Approve the draft: If you’re happy with the design, pay the remaining 50%, and we will deliver the final, watermark-free design files.
  • b) Terminate the project: You can choose to terminate the project, but the deposit is non-refundable.
  • c) Request revisions: Pay the remaining 50%, and we will proceed with the revisions based on your feedback.
  • d) After 3 revisions, if still unsatisfied: We will refund 30% of the payment, and the project will be terminated. Alternatively, you can choose to continue until satisfaction.

Important Notes

Any design work that has not been paid in full, including the design concept, color scheme, layout, images, background, style, or template, remains the property of our company. We reserve the right to use it for ourselves or offer it to other clients.
