We fully understand your concerns about custom design services. Therefore, we hope to reassure you through a transparent and simple process and promptly meet your design needs. Please refer to the following order placement process. You will learn how to cooperate with us and obtain professional design services.


1. Submit the Contact Us form

First of all, please fill in and submit the Contact Us Form on our Contact Us page and provide the following information:

  • Design service types: for example, e-commerce poster design, main image design, offline printed posters, business card design, promotional material design, etc.
  • Product or service images (if any) : Upload the product images or service materials you wish to promote.
  • Reference materials (if any) : You can provide any reference materials regarding design style, color, layout, etc.
  • Delivery time: The first draft is usually provided within 1 to 3 days, and the final delivery time will be coordinated based on the complexity of the specific project and the number of revisions.

If you already have clear design goals, target audience, brand style and other information, please specify them in detail. If you are not sure about the design requirements, you can also leave the basic requirements to our designers for comprehensive processing.


2. After receiving the inquiry, we will provide a quotation and an initial plan

After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with a detailed quotation and submit a preliminary design plan. This first draft will include:

  • Background image
  • Color matching scheme
  • The placement arrangement of products and text

Please note that the design elements of the first draft have not undergone final beautification and are only a general framework, aiming to allow you to review the concept and direction.


3. Confirm the plan and pay the deposit

If you are satisfied with the initial plan, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. After we receive the deposit, we will do our best to complete the final watermarked design draft for your review. At this point, you have several options:

  • a) Approval: If you are satisfied with the design, after paying the remaining 50% of the balance, we will submit the original design file without watermarks.
  • b) Termination of the project: You can choose to stop the project, but the deposit already paid will not be refunded.
  • c) Request for modification: After paying 50% of the balance, we will make further modifications based on your feedback.
  • d) If you are still not satisfied after making three revisions: We will refund 30% of the fee, terminate the project, or you can choose to continue making revisions until you are satisfied.

Precautions

Any design works that have not been fully paid for, including design plans, color schemes, layouts, pictures, background pictures, styles or templates, are owned by our company. We reserve the right to use them and may provide them to other clients for use.
